1. Introduction

Welcome to Norvanta Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.norvantagroup.in and any associated mobile applications or services. By accessing or using our platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

3. User Account & Security

When you create an account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information including your mobile number for OTP verification, email address, and date of birth for personalized discounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Norvanta Group will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). While we strive to provide accurate pricing, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and authorized Wallets. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timelines provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as we rely on third-party logistics partners.

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• In case of non-delivery due to an error by the user (wrong name/address), any extra cost incurred by Norvanta Group for redelivery shall be claimed from the user.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In alignment with premium retail standards, we offer a 15-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as innerwear, face masks, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene and bespoke manufacturing reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Norvanta Group. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Norvanta Group.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Norvanta Group, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Norvanta Group and you shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
